Frequently asked questions about accessing MIJE Connect

Having trouble accessing your MIJE Connect personal account?
1. I received an email with my login details, but I can't log in?
This is often due to a problem copying and pasting your password from the account creation email that was sent to you.
When you copy and paste the access code, be careful not to add any spaces before or after the password code.
If your access codes do not work, click on “Forgot your password?”.
2. I do not know my username?
Your username is the email address associated with your travel file.
You should have received a message about the creation of your account with a temporary access code at this same email address. Please check your spam folder to see if this message has been filtered there.
3. I can no longer log in?
Are you using the original email address (professional or personal) that is linked to your MIJE Connect teacher account?
If so, click on “Forgot your password?”.
If your email address is not recognized and you have already logged in, you are probably not using the correct one (see question 5)
4. I can't find my password?
For security reasons, we cannot send you your password as it is not stored. You must go to MIJE Connect and click on “Forgot your password?”.
When you use your new password, we recommend that you save it in your web browser.
5. My email address is not recognized when I click on “Forgot your password?”
Are you using the email address (professional or personal) that is linked to your MIJE Connect teacher account and that you use as your username?
If you are using the correct email address and it still doesn’t work, send a request to webmaster@mije.com, specifying your surname, first name, email address, and the reference number of your current file.
6. When I renew my password, I don't receive an email.
First, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything, contact us at webmaster@mije.com, specifying your surname, first name, email address, and the reference number of your current file.
Reminder:

As soon as you submit a quote request, you can:
- Receive your access codes to follow the progress of your file(s) through to invoicing.
- View all the stages of our support process
- Access the Teacher’s room with educational materials and FAQs
- Manage your account and communication preferences

Once your trip is confirmed, you can:
- Manage the list of your group’s participants
- Download your travel and/or accommodation documents in one place
- Save your documents in your “Digital Backpack” before and during your trip
- View your interactive itinerary every day
- Share your travel experience with other teachers in the Teacher’s room.
