Preamble

These Special Terms and Conditions of Sale linked to our Transport Partners (“CPV”) apply to “dry” group ticket bookings in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTS”) for MIJE Group Travel.

The conditions and amounts of the fees indicated in these CPVs relate only to the cost of ticket purchases. The costs of booking and sending tickets (already sent), as well as membership will always be retained in the event of cancellation.

Rail ticketing

In the event of a reduction in the number of staff up to 30 days before departure: 19 € charge per change per journey regardless of the number of people cancelled per change.
From 29 days before departure = 100% deductions per journey

A complete list of passengers is required (surname, first name and date of birth) to make a reservation. This information can be modified up to 5 working days before departure.
Group tickets are neither changeable nor refundable.

Currently no THELLO is circulating between France and Italy for an indefinite period of time.

Trenitalia
The surname, first name and date of birth of the group leader are required to make the reservation.

From 14 days of departure: penalty of 100% of the fare.
After issue: tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellation of trip participants

The minimum group size required is 10 passengers including at the time of departure.
Up to 90 days prior to departure: 20% of the originally booked seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that: penalty of 2% of the fare per cancelled seat.
From 89 to 60 days before departure: 20% penalty of the fare per cancelled seat.
From 59 to 30 days before departure: 30% penalty of the fare per cancelled seat.
From 29 to 15 days before departure: 60% penalty of the fare per seat cancelled.
From 14 days of departure: 100% penalty of the fare per seat cancelled.
After issue: Tickets are non-refundable.

If the minimum size of 10 passengers is not respected at the time of departure, a fee of €370 will be charged to the group.

In view of current developments, group sales instructions are changing: update 21 September 2020

For departures up to 31 March 2021 :
Cancellation penalties will be waived if made before 30 days of the scheduled departure.
E.g.: departure planned for 10 December 2020, no penalties if cancellation before 10 November 2020

For departures between 01 April 2021 and 15 June 2021:
Cancellation penalties will be waived if made before 2 months of the scheduled departure date.
E.g.: departure scheduled for 10 April 2021, no penalty if cancellation before 20 February 2021

For departures from 16 June 2021:
The standard group conditions apply, except for groups contracted before 31 July 2020, for which penalties are waived up to 5 months after the scheduled departure date.
In the case of a partial cancellation, followed by a total cancellation of the file, the tolerance of 20% of places cancelled free of charge is waived .

Iberia

Up to 46 days before departure: 150 EUR fee for the group.
From 45 days to 15 days of departure: 20% of seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% fee per cancelled seat applies.
From 14 days prior to departure: 100% penalty fee per passenger.

Cancellation of travel participants

The minimum group size required is 10 passengers.

Up to 46 days before departure: no charge for staff reduction.
From 45 days to 16 days of departure: 20% of seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% charge per cancelled seat applies.
From 15 days prior to departure: penalty of 100% of the fare per passenger.

Iberia PLUS group fare:

Total cancellation

Up to 61 days before departure: EUR 300 fee for the group.
From 60 days to 30 days before departure: 20% of the seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% fee per cancelled seat applies.
From 29 days before departure: 100% of the fare per passenger.

Cancellation of travel participants

The minimum group size required is 10 passengers in Economy Class and 7 passengers in Premium Eco and Business Class.

Up to 61 days before departure: no charge for staff reduction.
From 60 to 31 days before departure: 20% of seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% fee per cancelled seat applies.
From 30 days prior to departure: 100% penalty of the fare per passenger.

Easyjet

Complete passenger list (surname, first name and date of birth) required to make the reservation
Definitive booking, full payment by MIJE VOYAGES at the time of booking.
Simultaneous booking and ticket issue.

Tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable.
Time and fare availability definitively guaranteed after booking and payment of tickets by MIJE VOYAGES on the day of booking.

More than 60 days before departure = 37 € per passenger per flight
60 days or less before departure = €73 per passenger per flight

Cancellation of trip participants

The discount percentages are according to the number of free passengers are as follows:

>Groups of more than 75 passengers :

Reduction of 50% of the group total up to 120 days before departure.
30% reduction of the group total up to 90 days before departure.
20% reduction of the group total up to 60 days prior to departure.
10% reduction of the group total up to 30 days before departure.

>Groups between 50 and 75 passengers:

50% reduction of the group total up to 90 days before departure.
20% reduction of the group total up to 60 days before departure.
10% reduction of the group total up to 30 days before departure.

>Groups of less than 50 passengers:

50% reduction of the group total up to 90 days before departure.
Reduction of 30% of the group total up to 60 days before departure.
10% reduction of the group total up to 30 days before departure.

If the above percentages are exceeded, the penalty for each cancelled seat is 30% of the fare.
