These Special Terms and Conditions of Sale linked to our Transport Partners (“CPV”) apply to “dry” group ticket bookings in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTS”) for MIJE Group Travel.

This document is provided for your information.

The conditions and amounts of the fees indicated in these CPVs relate only to the cost of ticket purchases. The costs of booking and sending tickets (already sent), as well as membership will always be retained in the event of cancellation.

DEUTSCHE BAHN

Total cancellation

• From booking to 15 days before departure = penalty of €19 per trip for the entire group
• From 14 days before departure = 100% deduction per trip

Cancellation of participants

• In the event of a reduction in the number of participants up to 15 days before departure: €19 charge per change per trip, regardless of the number of people cancelled per change.
• From 14 days before departure = 100% deduction per trip

On regional train journeys, no reduction in headcount is possible.
Each modification requires the cancellation of the ticket with a 19 € fee and the reservation of a new ticket at the fare in effect on the day of the modification.

SNCF, TGV FRANCE BRUXELLES, TGV FRANCE Italy, LYRIA, TGV FRANCE Spain, TGV France Germany via SNCF

Total cancellation or cancellation of trip participants

• Up to D-30 = 25% deductions
• Between 29 days and 8 days before departure = 50% deduction
• From 7 days before departure = 100% deduction

EUROSTAR

Total cancellation or cancellation of tour participants

• Up to D-31 = 20% withholding
• Between 30 days and 9 days before departure = 50% withholding
• From 8 days before departure = 100% deduction

TRENITALIA

The full name and date of birth of the group leader are required to complete the reservation.

Total cancellation or cancellation of participants

• From booking to 30 days before departure = 20% deduction
• Between 29 and 8 days before departure = 50% deduction
• From 7 days before departure = 100% deductions

• Up to 90 days before departure: penalty of 2% of the fare.
• From 89 to 60 days before departure: 20% penalty of the fare.
• From 59 to 30 days before departure: 30% penalty.
• From 29 to 15 days before departure: 100% penalty of the fare.
• From 14 days of departure: penalty of 100% of the fare.
• After issue: tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellation of trip participants

•  Up to 91 days before departure: 20% of originally reserved seats may be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that date: penalty of 2% of the fare per seat cancelled.
•  90 to 61 days prior to departure: 20% penalty per seat cancelled
• 60 to 31 days before departure: penalty of 30% of the fare per seat cancelled
• 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 60% penalty per seat cancelled
• From 30 days prior to departure: 100% penalty per seat cancelled

If the minimum size of 10 passengers is not respected at the time of departure, a fee of €370 will be charged to the group.

Iberia

Iberia FLEX group tariff:

Total cancellation

• Up to 46 days before departure: 150 EUR fee for the group.
• From 45 days to 15 days of departure: 20% of seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% fee per cancelled seat applies.
• From 14 days prior to departure: 100% penalty fee per passenger.

Cancellation of travel participants

The minimum group size required is 10 passengers.

• Up to 46 days before departure: no charge for staff reduction.
• From 45 days to 16 days of departure: 20% of seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% charge per cancelled seat applies.
• From 15 days prior to departure: penalty of 100% of the fare per passenger.

Iberia PLUS group fare:

Total cancellation

• Up to 61 days before departure: EUR 300 fee for the group.
• From 60 days to 30 days before departure: 20% of the seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% fee per cancelled seat applies.
• From 29 days before departure: 100% of the fare per passenger.

Cancellation of travel participants

The minimum group size required is 10 passengers in Economy Class and 7 passengers in Premium Eco and Business Class.

• Up to 61 days before departure: no charge for staff reduction.
• From 60 to 31 days before departure: 20% of seats can be cancelled free of charge. Beyond that, a 20% fee per cancelled seat applies.
• From 30 days prior to departure: 100% penalty of the fare per passenger.

Easyjet

Complete passenger list (surname, first name and date of birth) required to make the reservation
Definitive booking, full payment by MIJE VOYAGES at the time of booking.
Simultaneous booking and ticket issue.

• Tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable.
• Time and fare availability definitively guaranteed after booking and payment of tickets by MIJE VOYAGES on the day of booking.
• Name change: €66 per passenger per flightpassenger per flight

Vueling
Complete passenger name list

• To be sent to us no later than 35 days before departure.
• Any place not allocated by name by this date will be automatically cancelled.

All tickets issued are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Any change of travel date, route, flight for one or more passengers implies a new negotiation.

Total cancellation

• Up to 31 days of departure: the deposit of 30% of the total is not refunded.
• From 30 days before departure: penalty of 100% of the fare

Cancellation of trip participants

The discount percentages are according to the number of free passengers are as follows:

>Groups of 51 passengers or more :

• Discount of up to 40% of the group total up to 90 days before the departure date of the first flight in the booking.
• Discount of up to 20% of the group total up to 60 days before the departure date of the first flight in the booking.
• Discount of up to 10% of the group total up to 30 days before the departure date of the first flight in the booking.

Groups of 50 passengers or less:

• Discount of up to 50% of the group total up to 90 days before the departure date of the first flight in the booking.
• Discount of up to 30% of the group total up to 60 days before the departure date of the first flight in the booking.
• Reductions of up to 10% of the group total up to 30 days before the departure date of the first flight in the booking.

In the event of a greater reduction than the above percentages, the following charges will apply:

• 30% of the net price if the reduction request is made up to 60 days before the departure of the first flight in the booking.
• 50% of the net price if the discount request is made between 59 and 30 days before departure of the first flight in the booking.
• 100% of the net price if the discount request is made between 29 and 0 days before departure of the first flight in the booking.

In the event of cancellation of the booking, any deposit already paid will not be reimbursed.

Transavia

Any change to the date of travel, itinerary or flight for one or more passengers requires further negotiation.

On the first request for cancellation of passengers on your booking, you may reduce the total group size free of charge by up to 10%. The group size requirement of 10 people must be maintained.

Additional services and products, including checked baggage, are not refunded in the event of cancellation.

If the free cancellation conditions have already been used on your group booking, the following conditions will apply to all other changes within a period of more than 41 days:

Total cancellation :

• groups of up to 50 people: penalty of 20% of the ticket price per passenger cancelled
• groups of 51 or more: penalty of 30% of the ticket price per cancelled passenger

Cancellation of tour participants:

• groups of up to 50 people: penalty of 20% of the ticket price per passenger cancelled
• groups of 51 people or more: penalty of 30% of the ticket price per passenger cancelled.

From 40 days before departure, no free cancellations are possible, and all total or partial cancellations will be billed at 100%.

>Light group fare (without hold baggage)

Total cancellation or cancellation of tour participants:

• From 90 to 15 days prior to departure: cancellation of 20% of the total number of participants: no charge, provided the minimum of 10 people has been reached.
• More than 20% of the number of participants: penalty of 100% of the fare
• 14 days or more before departure: penalty of 100% of the fare

• Up to 15 days before departure: cancellation of 30% of the initial number of passengers free of charge, beyond that: penalty of 100% per passenger cancelled
• 14 days or more before departure: 100% penalty per passenger cancelled, with a minimum of 10 passengers remaining on the trip

Cancellation of participants

Minimum group size must be maintained (minimum 10 people)

• Up to 121 days before departure: no charge
• 120 to 61 days prior to departure: 20% of the group may be cancelled at no charge; beyond this date: penalty of 20% of the ticket price per passenger cancelled.
• From 60 and 31 days before departure – no penalty applies up to 20% of seats released, but for all seats above this amount, a penalty of 20% of the fare will be applied.
• From 30 days before departure: penalty of 100% of the ticket price per passenger cancelled.
